Minimalist Lead-Capture Landing Page

I need a single-screen landing page designed in a minimalist, clean style. The page should open with concise copy and a couple of well-placed images that reinforce our brand, then guide visitors to a clearly visible link for our AML agreement. Once they click through and review the agreement, they must be able to access a set of downloadable PDFs.

To capture leads, a pop-up form should appear at the right moment—either on first visit or immediately after they request the PDFs—asking for their email address, full name, and phone number. All submissions have to be stored securely and easily exportable (CSV or direct integration with Mailchimp/HubSpot is fine; let me know what you recommend).

Because the design must stay lightweight, I’m looking for clean HTML/CSS and unobtrusive JavaScript, or a similarly streamlined approach in Webflow, WordPress, or another modern builder you’re comfortable with. Mobile responsiveness is essential, and page load times need to stay well under two seconds.

Deliverables:
• Fully functional landing page, styled to match the minimalist brief
• Pop-up lead-capture form connected to a back-end list or CRM export
• Working links: main AML agreement plus the subsequent PDF downloads
• Basic on-page SEO (title, meta, alt text) and analytics tag placement
