Minimalist Author Website & Blog Build
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a clean, minimalist author website that lets my writing speak first while still giving readers plenty to explore. The core of the site will be a fully-featured blog where I can post on a range of topics—regular book reviews, writing-life updates, and announcements about my published titles.
Alongside the blog I want several fixed areas:
• Biography page that I can update myself
• Visual book gallery with individual title pages (cover, blurb, buy links, excerpts)
• Contact form routed to my email
• Section for short videos or reels (readings, trailers, social clips)
Please build everything on a user-friendly CMS (WordPress, Ghost, or similar) so I can add posts, images, and new books without touching code. The layout should stay fast, mobile-responsive, and distraction-free—white space, legible typography, and subtle accents only.
Deliverables
1. Fully deployed website on my hosting, SSL configured
2. Theme customized to the minimalist style described
3. Blog, biography, contact, gallery, and video sections working and demo content loaded
4. Brief hand-off guide (screenshots or screencast) showing how to publish a new post, add a book, and edit the contact form
