I’m looking for someone who can put together a one-page personal portfolio that feels simple and clean, uses a balanced mix of light and dark tones, and adjusts perfectly across mobiles, tablets, and desktops. The page will scroll through five tidy sections—Home, About Me, Skills, Projects, and Contact—without any heavy animations that slow things down.
