Markima Corporate Identity and Website Revamp
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
Company with over 25 years of experience in promotional merchandise and customized corporate textiles.
We supply branded products (apparel, gifts, event materials, etc.) to companies, institutions, and events throughout Belgium and Europe.
The company’s reputation is strong, but its visual identity and website are outdated.
We want to modernize our image and improve our online presence with a refreshed logo, clear brand guidelines, and a functional, SEO-optimized website that can later evolve into an e-commerce platform.
Redesign the visual identity (logo, color palette, typography, overall style).
Create a brand guide that defines usage rules and ensures visual consistency.
Develop a modern, functional website that:
is clean, easy to navigate, and mobile-friendly,
allows us to add/remove products easily (without depending on an external catalog),
includes a contact and quote request form,
is SEO-optimized and easy to index (Google + AI-based tools),
can later support e-commerce if needed.
Scope of work
1. Visual identity redesign
Update or modernize existing logo (not a full reinvention)
Define brand colors and typography
Create a few examples of use (website, social media, stationery)
Deliver a brand guide (PDF + editable files)
2. Website redesign (WordPress or Webflow preferred)
5–7 main pages: Home, About, Services, Products, Clients, Contact
Modern, responsive, SEO-friendly structure
Easy CMS for content updates
Integration with analytics (Google Tag Manager, Search Console)
Basic multilingual setup (FR + NL + EN if possible)
Clean, lightweight design (not overdesigned — business-focused)
Deliverables
Editable logo files (AI, SVG, PNG, PDF)
Brand guideline document (PDF, 10–20 pages)
Full website (ready to launch)
Short admin guide or video showing how to update the content
Style references
We’re looking for something modern, trustworthy, and professional, not flashy or trendy.
Think clarity, usability, and reliability over artistic complexity.
We value good UX, SEO performance, and long-term scalability.
Budget
Please propose your budget and timeline — we are open to modular proposals (e.g. phase 1: identity, phase 2: website).
