Make my product image on wordpress look better

On my wordpress website, force my image to be square in catalogue and single product page, sometimes when image have to much height they're cropped.I will show you my old prestashop website, i want my wordpress product image to look the same.CAREFUL : Its an adult (sexshop) website.
