Luxury Wellness Brand Web Designer Wanted

We are building a sacred luxury experience for a wellness brand called IRA (feminine ritual waist beads made with copper and crystals). Our Phase 1 goal is to create a preorder-based custom product experience using Webflow + Airtable + a custom form builder (Tally.so, Jotform, or similar).

• Copy and brand visuals provided
• Linked to preorder flow
• 1× Custom Product Builder Form
• Built in Tally, Jotform, or Typeform
• Multi-choice logic (not just single select)
• Customer selects:
• Crystal types
• Copper pattern
• Thread type
• Waist size
• Add-ons (e.g. moon charm, velvet pouch)
• Submitted form sends data to Airtable
• Airtable Backend
• Stores each order’s customer data and design selections
• Editable “order status” fields (e.g. “Received, In Production, Shipped”)
• Pre-filtered views for internal team
• Stripe Integration
• Customers can pay at time of order
• Option to connect Stripe via Make/Integromat, Tally or native integrations
