Project Overview

We require a complete website redesign — not a refresh, but a full rebuild. The current site does not reflect our brand positioning as a luxury serviced accommodation provider.

We are looking for a developer or agency capable of delivering a modern, high-converting website that matches the quality of our properties and our industry recognition.

Scope of Work
Full website redesign and development — clean, modern, luxury feel

Pages required:
Home, About Us, Contact
Individual property listing pages for each location (5 locations)
Location-specific landing pages for local SEO
Service pages (Airbnb Management, Become a Host, etc.)
FAQ, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions
Enquiry/booking forms with automated email submissions

SEO implementation:
Full on-page SEO optimisation
Schema markup for enhanced search visibility
Google Business Profile setup and optimisation
Location-specific SEO strategy
Analytics and tracking setup (Google Analytics, etc.)
Fully mobile-responsive design across all devices
Fast load times — performance-optimised
Newsletter signup integration

Optional (Quote Separately)
Ongoing website maintenance and updates
Hosting (if included in your offering)
Automated blog setup
CRM integration
Local business optimisation (citations, directories, etc.)

To Apply, You MUST Include:

Portfolio link — at least 2–3 live websites you have designed and developed (no mockups)
At least one relevant project in hospitality, property, or short-term rentals
Detailed quote, including:
One-off design and development fee

Recommended tech stack and justification (e.g., WordPress, custom build, etc.)

Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in hospitality, property management, serviced accommodation, or vacation rental websites
Strong portfolio of live websites (not templates or demos)
Solid SEO expertise — including schema, local SEO, and technical SEO
Excellent communication and clear project timelines
Based in the UK or comfortable working in the UK timezone
