Luxury Interactive Wedding Website -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m creating a destination-wedding experience in Zanzibar (18–24 July 2027) and want the invitation itself to feel like the first chapter of the story. When guests reach the site, they should be greeted by a refined envelope stamped with our M&O monogram; a realistic click-or-tap opening animation then reveals the invitation before flowing seamlessly into the main website. Think of the cinematic, story-driven feel of TheDigitalYes.com—only tailored entirely to us.
Design direction
• Overall aesthetic: modern, with polished micro-interactions that convey luxury rather than excess.
• Colour approach: bold and vibrant hues that echo Zanzibar sunsets while sitting comfortably against plenty of breathable white space.
• Media: the build must comfortably handle photos, short videos and subtle audio clips that play at key narrative points (for example, a soft instrumental as the envelope unfolds).
Core pages to include
Our Story, Wedding Weekend itinerary, Travel & Accommodations, RSVP, FAQ, Gallery and any additional detail pages you recommend for a first-class user journey. Each section should retain a consistent animation language—subtle parallax, tasteful fades, smooth scrolling—to keep guests engaged without overwhelming them.
Functionality highlights
• Fully responsive so it feels just as premium on mobile as on desktop.
• RSVP form that can feed directly into a Google Sheet (or similar) for easy head-count tracking.
• Lightweight CMS or clear hand-off documentation so we can update text or media ourselves in the run-up to the big week.
• Basic SEO housekeeping (meta tags, compressed assets, image alt text) so the site loads quickly wherever guests are in the world.
