Luxury Hub Creation For Rafahiya Hotels

Project Description:
I need a high-end, mobile-first landing page for Rafahiya Hotels. We serve high-net-worth Muslim travelers visiting London’s top hotels. This page acts as a "luxury gateway" or booking hub.
​The Functional Flow:
​Direct Booking Links: The page will feature a curated list of top London hotels (The Savoy, etc.) and chauffeur services. These will be high-end "cards" or buttons that link directly to their respective booking sites.
​WhatsApp Concierge: A prominent, elegant button for users to contact our "VVIP Concierge" via WhatsApp with pre-filled messages for custom requests.
​Technical & Design Requirements:
​Platform: Framer or Webflow only. (I do not want a bulky WordPress site).
​Luxury Vibe: The design must feel like a 5-star concierge service. Think clean layouts, elegant typography, and a color palette (Gold/Cream/Deep Green) that appeals to high-end Muslim clientele.
​Speed: Since these are just outbound links, the page should load almost instantly.
​Mobile Excellence: This must look perfect on a smartphone.
