Low-Poly City Web Landing Design

Job ID: 40125645

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need a complete, end-to-end landing page for a small browser-based game.
The objective of the site is purely lúdico: it will host a mini-game, so every design and motion decision must reinforce the “game first” experience.

Scope
• Conceptual design – Start with a mood board and wireframes that capture the feel of a low-poly city. UI should encourage play immediately rather than push products or collect leads.
• Front-end build – Convert the approved design into clean, responsive HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. Smooth scrolling, subtle hover states and a lightweight loading sequence are mandatory.
• Background animation – The mini-game itself sits inside a full-width scene of an animated low-poly city. Think moving clouds, traffic loops, flickering streetlights; all continuous and performant. Three.js or a similar WebGL library is welcome, but keep the asset sizes tight so the page remains fast on desktop and mobile.

Acceptance criteria
1. Visual consistency with the approved low-poly art style.
2. Page loads in under three seconds on 4G (Lighthouse performance ≥ 85).
3. Animation runs at >50 fps on modern mobile devices and does not block interaction with the game canvas.
4. Code is handed over in a Git repo with clear setup instructions.

If you have recent examples of lightweight WebGL or Three.js work, send me a link—seeing polished motion in a low-poly environment will help me choose quickly.
