Do you see the Penguin character? I would like to enhance this Penguin. The Penguin's name, is Mr Listings, and he is leading an educational course for real estate students in Florida.
We can add a hat (like a college graduation hat) or glasses or something to make him look a little bit more like a professor.
After we will need 2-3 Sec site intro.

This is my idea: Penguin jumping out of the phone. Smart devises, homes, buildings are flying in the air as a circle around him, like he is juggling them, and then they disappear and the Penguin returns back in the same animated idle mode he is now on my website.
Shorter animations:
1. Penguin giving thumbs up for correct answer
2. Penguin giving thumbs down for incorrect answer
3. Penguin celebrating for passing quiz
4. Penguin Reading the lecture
5. Penguin waiting for answer
6. Penguin celebrating and partying for passing big test
