Long Term frontend designer needed

I’m starting with a blank slate and need a talented front-end designer to shape a brand-new portfolio site from the ground up. The full brand guidelines—color palette, typography, logo usage, and tone—are already locked, so every screen you create must feel perfectly native to that system while still pushing for a modern, memorable look.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Translate the guidelines into an intuitive information architecture, low-fi wireframes, and finally high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Supply production-ready design assets (Figma or Adobe XD files; HTML5/CSS/SCSS where possible) that a developer can drop straight into build.
• Make the experience fully responsive, touch-friendly, and consistent across all major browsers.

I’ll provide the site map, draft copy, and timely feedback on each iteration so we can move quickly.
