I’m looking for a professional WordPress designer/content integrator who can take an installed theme with demo content and transform it into a fully customized, niche-specific website.
I run a large portfolio of WordPress websites (casino, finance, legal, sports betting, health, AI tools, product reviews, etc.).
Most sites are already installed with themes, plugins, and hundreds of articles — but they still show demo layouts, placeholder blocks, wrong categories, wrong menus, and irrelevant homepage designs.

1. Replace Demo Content With Real Content
• Rewrite or swap out all theme demo blocks
• Replace placeholder sections, icons, lorem ipsum, stock text
• Adapt the page structure to the site’s niche
• Use real brand copy, real assets, real CTAs
2. Redesign the Homepage to Match Our Niche
Each site needs a clean, modern, fast homepage built with:
• WPBakery / Elementor (depending on theme)
• Our real content (not demo filler)
• New hero section
• New CTAs
• New layout (not a copy of demo)
• Proper brand messaging
• Correct internal linking
3. Fix Categories + Map Articles Correctly
• Assign correct categories to each article
• Create missing categories
• Clean up duplicates
• Fix permalink issues if needed
• Assign posts to correct archive layouts
4. Fix Menus + Site Structure
• Create clean top navigation
• Remove demo menu items
• Rebuild footer menus
• Assign correct pages
• Remove “Sample Page”, demo CPTs, demo pages
5. Install/Configure SEO Essentials
(Optional but preferred)
• Set focus keywords (RankMath)
• Fix missing metas
• Fix indexing issues
• Fix orphaned posts
• Set proper schema templates
