**note - initial budget is $30 for logo work. Final website budget TBD

I. Background:
Our organization, Indivisible Cherokee United, is the new Cherokee County, GA division of the nationally based Indivisible organization: a grassroots movement of thousands of local Indivisible groups with a mission to elect progressive leaders, rebuild our democracy, and defeat the Trump agenda.
Our Indivisible Cherokee United Charter (a member led initiative dedicated to five key pillars).
1. Fighting authoritarianism in all forms
2. Serving our community through tangible action.
3. Helping agreed upon candidates who support our values, win races.
4. Gives a voice to and defends the rights of marginalized communities.
5. Change brought through nonviolent actions.
Working together with other Indivisible chapters and National, we fight to defeat the rightwing takeover of American government and build an inclusive democracy.

II. Project(s) – 2 parts
• Part I – logo design: would like to create a professional looking logo that brings together several elements: the parent Indivisible logo (can find on the Indivisible.org site), a sense that we’re a community; a sense that we’re multi-generational (i.e. people of all ages, young and old, can find a home with us); finally equality (no-one regardless of race/gender/etc. - is above another or above the law).

• Part II – website: once the logo design is complete, we would like to create a professional website for our group.
o Preference is WordPress, SEO optimized, easily updatable by us. Should include site search functionality

o Enables integration with Bonterra EveryAction CRM platform – to facilitate member and event management, donation management, etc.
o Includes links to all major social media platforms with auto-updating of posts.
o Should incorporate an event calendar that cross-links to the Bonterra EveryAction’s Mobilize tool for event sign up and member tracking and tagging w/keywords, including CRM fields that may track training certifications for volunteers, etc.
o Needs link to donation platforms (PayPal, Bonterra) and store (Bonfire).
o Should auto-create (editable) weekly newsletter including calendar of events.
o Potentially allow for differing access to community based on login (potentially allowing members to track their own activity history (events they’ve been participants in, training certifications received, etc.)
