Life Coaching Website & Social Launch

I need a straightforward online presence for my life-coaching practice. The scope is deliberately lean:

• Website: one clean, mobile-friendly page focused on my One-on-One Coaching service. All core information—offer description, pricing outline, contact button—sits under this single “Services” section. No separate Home or About pages for now. Use any easy-to-maintain platform such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace so I can edit text and images later without coding.

• Social setup: create new Facebook and Instagram business profiles, apply my logo and colour palette, write a concise bio, and connect the website link.

• Kick-start content: design and upload five branded posts (quotes, quick tips, or carousel ideas) and schedule them across both platforms to cover the first week.

• Handover: provide a brief video or PDF walkthrough showing me how to update the site and schedule future posts.
