Lead-Generating Website Design
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need a new professional website whose only job is to turn visitors into qualified leads. Everything—from layout to copy flow—should push users toward a clear call-to-action while looking clean and modern on every screen size.
I already have the website homepage mocked up with AI in an html form to provide clear direction.
1) Technical Build Requirements
WordPress
• Custom theme built to match the layout provided (or a lightweight builder like Elementor).
• Projects (gallery entries), Testimonials.
• Simple admin editing for: hero text, services, packages, gallery, service areas.
I require:
• Fully responsive (mobile-first)
• Page speed optimization (image compression, lazy loading)
• SEO-ready structure (semantic headings, metadata, schema)
• Security basics (SSL, spam protection on forms)
2) Lead Capture & Integrations
What I want connected:
Forms (required)
• “Get a Quote” form fields:
o Name, Phone, Email
o Address/ZIP
o Service type (dropdown)
o Desired timeframe
o Upload photos (optional but valuable)
o Message
• Form routing to:
o Email notifications to you
o Google Sheets
Tracking (recommended)
• Google Analytics + Google Tag Manager
• Google Business Profile review embed
• Meta Pixel (for Ads)
Calls
• Tap-to-call buttons
• Optional call tracking number integration (CallRail, etc.)
3) SEO Requirements (quote explicitly)
• Basic on-page SEO setup on all pages:
o Unique title tags + meta descriptions
o H1/H2 structure aligned to services
o Internal linking (services ↔ service areas ↔ gallery)
• Local SEO:
o Service area page structure
o Schema markup (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ if used)
• Image alt text and optimized filenames
4) Performance, Accessibility, and Compliance
• Core Web Vitals target: good Lighthouse performance (desktop + mobile).
• Accessibility: keyboard navigation, alt text, contrast-friendly design.
• Compliance pages: privacy policy + terms (template is fine).
5) Deliverables
1. Fully functional site deployed to my hosting/domain.
2. Source files / repo access (GitHub) OR WordPress admin + theme files.
3. Documentation:
o How to edit pages/sections
o How to add gallery photos
o How to update packages/pricing
4. Basic training session (30–60 minutes) or recorded walkthrough.
6) Acceptance Criteria
• Matches the agreed layout/sections (header/hero/services/packages/gallery/testimonials/areas/footer).
• Works on modern browsers and mobile devices.
• Forms submit reliably and notify you.
• Pages load quickly with compressed images.
• SEO basics implemented on every page.
• Social links and CTA buttons function correctly.
7) Quote Breakdown
Breakdown the quote into:
• Design (UI styling)
• Development
• Mobile responsiveness
• Forms + integrations
• SEO setup
• Gallery/lightbox
• WordPress CMS setup (if WP)
• Copywriting (if included)
• Hosting/domain support (if included)
• Ongoing maintenance (optional monthly)
If this sounds like a project you can execute efficiently—balancing aesthetics with clear conversion strategy—let’s talk timelines and milestones.
