Lead-Gen HTML/CSS Landing Page - Graphic designer(optional)

I need a clean, responsive landing page built with pure HTML5 and CSS3 to drive lead generation for my business. I will supply the copy and a simple wireframe; you turn it into a polished, conversion-focused page that looks great on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

The job calls for semantic markup, well-structured external stylesheets, and smooth responsiveness across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Lightweight CSS animations or micro-interactions are welcome as long as they keep performance high.
