Law Firm Website Duplication

I have an existing law firm website which i own and is for my firm, I need a copy made. The company that developed the site maintains it and hosts it but I want to do it myself. The existing site is a custom code base supposedly made for maximum SEO; however, I don't get many organic hits anyway. Again, I own the site and all content so there are no IP issues. The site is primarily for attracting new clients.

Requirements:
- Exact replica of current site design
- Functionality: Contact form must be included
