Landing Page for Registration

I already have a WordPress site in place; what’s missing is a focused landing page whose only job is to get potential clients to register to get contact for details.

The page should fit seamlessly into the current theme, load fast, and look great on mobile. I will supply the copy; you handle the layout, styling, and form integration. The registration form must collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company name
• Message

Please use any reliable WordPress form solution—Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, Elementor’s native form, or another lightweight plugin—so long as it validates inputs, emails me each entry, and stores submissions in the dashboard for easy export.

Deliverables
1. Responsive landing page added to my existing WordPress install
2. Styled, functioning form capturing all five fields above
3. Thank-you state or redirect after successful submission
4. Quick hand-off guide showing how to edit text and view entries

Acceptance criteria
• Visual style matches the rest of the site
• Form submissions reach my email and are saved in WordPress
• No layout or console errors on current Chrome, Safari, Firefox, iOS, or Android
