2. Basic Features
1. Displaying the Order Form for the Customer
The customer is presented with an order form to be completed by the customer, including the requested service, location, sub-service, and price. The customer clicks "Send Request." The request is directed to our WhatsApp account as a WhatsApp message.
2. WhatsApp Support:
A fixed (floating) WhatsApp button at the bottom right of the page.
When clicked, a chat with Kavak WhatsApp Business opens.
A fake message is sent to the customer if they are available within 10 seconds of their arrival.
3. App Downloads:
Links to download the customer's app (App Store - Google Play / Apple Store).
Links to download the service provider's (driver's) app (App Store - Google Play / Apple Store).
Links appear in the header and footer.
4. Contact Form:
Information: Name - Phone Number - Email - Service Requested - How Did You Find Us?
Data is stored in a linked database and exported to Google Sheets.
Includes a section dedicated to "Our Partners."
Includes a registration form for drivers.
5. Interactive Media:
Animated images (GIFs/Lotties) explaining the ordering process.
A short video (30 seconds) that can be viewed on the page and is suitable for marketing campaigns.

Google Tag Manager (GTM): Installed on all pages.
Measures all buttons and links them to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Tracks user interactions for each part of the landing page.
