Investor-Focused Real Estate Website

I own the domain mayfairgroupnyc.com and need a clean, professional-corporate site that positions our firm as the go-to partner for property acquisitions and ongoing management. The main objective is to impress and reassure potential investors while briefly explaining our current portfolio services.

Scope
I’m thinking of a concise 5–9 page build. The must-haves are Home, About Us and Contact Us, with space for sections such as Invest With Us, Acquisition Criteria, Portfolio and Property Management if we agree they fit. I’ll supply logos, images and raw facts; you handle the full web copy so every page reads crisply and consistently.

Look & feel
Modern in code yet corporate in tone: plenty of white space, strong typography, responsive on all devices, and fast. If WordPress, Webflow or another CMS makes edits easier I’m open, provided the back-end is intuitive.
