Investment Website Layout & Content Plan
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I’m building a new WordPress site for Brintab, an investment-management firm targeting clients with $2 million - $10 million in investments. I want help shaping both the layout and the full content plan before any development begins. The site must feel sophisticated yet approachable while remaining effortless to use on a phone; every page should guide visitors toward scheduling a call.
Here is what I’m after:
• A collaborative process where we work together (mainly through Zoom) to brainstorm and sketch out a plan. There will be a mix of collaborative discussions, research on what others are doing in the industry, and individual work to come up with a plan.
• Layout strategy – a mobile-first page flow, wireframes or low-fidelity mock-ups that highlight prominent calls-to-action and content flow relevant to good conversion.
• Content scoping – a concise sitemap and section-by-section content (copy/imagery/videos) outline that I could further develop.
• Appointment booking integration – the design must focus on conversion to appointments through Calendly bookings, with buttons and widgets placed where they naturally convert.
Acceptance criteria
1. A visual or annotated sitemap covering all planned pages.
2. Wireframes that show hero imagery, key messaging zones and the Calendly embed in context.
3. A written content matrix mapping every page section to copy requirements, headings etc.
If you thrive on creating elegant, phone-centric experiences and can hand back a clear roadmap the dev team can run with, I’d love to work together. In your application let me know the existing logo colour of the web site in question.
