Interactive Team Handbook Design
Budget: $10 – $50 USD
My team needs a single, easy-to-update handbook that lives online yet can be exported to PDF for offline reference. The finished site should read smoothly in a browser, with clear navigation links or buttons that let users jump between sections and return home in one click. Can be done in Drupal or in our Sharepoint application.
Content scope
• Mission and objectives for common understanding of the task at hand
* Policies and procedures for daily operations by role and stage of workflow
• Detailed step-by-step guides for the most common tasks
• A concise FAQ / troubleshooting section my staff can quickly scan on the job
I will supply the raw text and any reference documents; you organize, edit for clarity, and lay everything out so the structure is intuitive. Brand colours, fonts and a simple cover image will be provided as well—please weave them into the style sheet so both the web version and the exported PDF stay on brand.
Key requirements
• Responsive web format (Notion, GitBook, Google Sites, or a lightweight static site—open to suggestions)
• Built-in navigation links/buttons; no quizzes or other assessments needed
• One-click “Export to PDF” or equivalent that preserves headings and internal links
• Final delivery: live URL, source files, and a PDF copy generated from the site
Once delivered, I must be able to add or edit pages without touching code. Let me know which platform you recommend, how you will organise the material, and a realistic timeline to first draft and final hand-off.
