Ingham Jones Website Modernization

Job ID: 40423129

Budget: £250 – £750 GBP

Overview

We are looking to modernise the Ingham Jones website to better reflect our brand, improve user engagement, and introduce more dynamic, visually compelling elements. The current site is functional but static, and we want to evolve it into a more interactive and contemporary experience similar in feel to Oliver James clean, confident, and data-driven.

Objectives

Create a more dynamic and engaging user experience

Better communicate our value proposition and expertise

Improve visual hierarchy and storytelling across pages

Introduce motion and live/rotating content elements

Maintain a professional, high-trust aesthetic

Design Direction

We are particularly inspired by the use of motion and live data on the Oliver James website. Specifically:

Under the “Client Solutions” section, they feature rotating statistics/data points that animate and change over time

Subtle animations and transitions that bring the page to life without overwhelming the user

Clean layouts with strong typography and confident use of whitespace

We would like to incorporate similar dynamic elements, especially:

Rotating or animated statistics (e.g. placements, sectors covered, years of experience, client metrics)

Smooth scrolling effects and transitions

Interactive content blocks that update or shift as users navigate

Functionality Requirements

No job search functionality is required

Clear and intuitive navigation

Mobile-responsive design

Fast load times despite added motion elements

Easy content management (CMS-backed where possible)

Tone should be:

Professional but modern

Confident and clear

Focused on outcomes and relationships

Success Criteria

Increased time on site and engagement

Improved perception of brand quality and credibility

A more memorable and differentiated user experience

Positive feedback from clients and candidates

Notes

The goal is not to replicate Oliver James, but to take inspiration from their use of motion and data storytelling, and apply it in a way that feels authentic to Ingham Jones.

We are open to creative input on how best to achieve this and welcome suggestions on design, animation, and user experience improvements.
