Informative Single-Page Website Build

I’m looking for a web developer who can design and build a clean, responsive single-page site that I’ll use to publish articles and short blog-style pieces. The emphasis is on readability and a smooth scroll experience rather than heavy interaction, so the layout should guide visitors naturally through the content.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• A hero area that introduces the topic and sets the tone
• A well-structured article section with headings, sub-headings, and space for images or pull quotes
• Basic navigation links that jump to each section of the page
• Fast loading times, mobile-first styling, and solid on-page SEO (semantic HTML, meta tags, open-graph tags)
