Informational Website Redesign - Management Consulting

I need a skilled web designer to restyle my informational website. The site primarily features company details and services, as well as news and articles.

Key Requirements:
- Adhere to my specific design preferences and brand guidelines
- Create a user-friendly, modern, and visually appealing layout
- Ensure mobile/desktop responsiveness
- SEO optimization (including metatags, URL titles, picture names, and any other improvement)
- The website must be professional and sleek, in line with the standards in the management consulting industry
- The website needs to feature contact information buttons that will be linked to my CRM

Guidelines:
- I will share with you the website backup file so that you can install it on my Hostinger and work there
- I will share examples of websites I like and features (nothing too hard to implement)
- You will have to use oxygen and NOT a template
- The website will need to use Polylang to translate the pages in other languages
