Informational Website Design & Build -- 2

I’m ready to launch a clean, fast, and easy-to-maintain informational website from scratch. The site’s only job is to tell visitors who we are, what we do, and how to contact us—no e-commerce carts or gated log-ins, just well-structured content that looks great on any screen.

Here’s what I still need after providing the logo, color palette, copy drafts, and domain:

• Wireframed and fully responsive pages (Home, About, Services, Blog/News, Contact)
• A contact form that delivers straight to my inbox
• Basic on-page SEO plus Google Analytics set-up
• Performance and accessibility best practices baked in from the start

I’m open to WordPress, Webflow, or another lightweight stack if it keeps upkeep simple; let me know what you’d use, why you prefer it, and how long each phase will take. I’d like weekly check-ins with a live staging link, and the project wraps once the site is migrated to my host and passes a Lighthouse performance check.
