Informational Site Homepage Redesign

Hi,
I’m a freelance web designer looking for a reliable developer/designer to help me redesign an existing website.

The goal is to **rebuild an existing site using a ThemeForest theme (Salient or similar)**, keeping all current content but improving layout, structure, and visual quality.

* Ensure clean and modern UI
No SEO required
Content is already available (no copywriting needed)
