I need a clean, fast-loading website whose sole focus is to present educational resources in an organized, easy-to-navigate way. The site is strictly informational—there will be no e-commerce functions—so every design and development choice should steer visitors quickly toward the learning materials they’re looking for.
Core objectives
• Build a modern, responsive layout that looks great on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Structure pages so each educational resource (PDFs, guides, or any future material) can be added, tagged, and searched without touching code. A user-friendly CMS such as WordPress, Webflow, or a similarly intuitive platform is preferred.
• Optimize performance and basic on-page SEO so search engines can find the content easily.
• Include a straightforward template for future resource pages so my team can expand the library on our own.
Deliverables
1. Fully functioning informational website deployed to my hosting.
2. CMS back-end credentials with clear, step-by-step documentation on how to upload new resources.
3. Source files, theme files, and any custom graphics or icons you create.
