Improve Hero Section Responsiveness and Design

I am looking for an experienced WordPress designer/developer to make a focused improvement to the hero section of my psychology practice website.

The main issue is that the hero section does not display consistently across screen sizes. On some devices, the logo, headline, text, and button become misaligned or overlap with the menu/header.

This is a small fixed-budget project, so I am not looking for a full website redesign. I need someone who can quickly identify what is causing the layout issue and make the hero section cleaner, more responsive, and better aligned with the current branding.

Main tasks:
Fix hero section alignment on desktop, tablet, and mobile
Prevent overlap with the header/menu
Improve spacing between the logo, headline, text, and button
Make light visual improvements so the hero section looks more polished
Clean up or adjust only the CSS/layout affecting this section
Confirm the section works across key screen sizes
