INA WordPress Design Overhaul

Our WordPress site has solid content and a reliable PMPro membership setup, but the overall layout no longer meets the expectations of modern visitors—whether they are first-year students or long-serving industry professionals. I need your help to refresh the look and feel from top to bottom while leaving the existing membership logic intact.

The priorities are clear:

• Reshape the home page into a concise, visually engaging gateway that spotlights news, upcoming events, and quick-join prompts.
• Create a consistent content hierarchy across all pages so information flows naturally and pages don’t feel cluttered.

Beyond those layout goals, no new back-end features are required in this scope; I’m focused on aesthetics, usability, and an overall sense of polish.

Deliverables I’ll review against:

• Fully implemented theme changes on a staging environment, tested across major browsers and devices
• Handoff package (design source files, child-theme or custom-theme files, and a short changelog) so future updates remain straightforward
