Houzez Dropdown & Icon Tweaks

I have a fresh WordPress install running the latest Houzez real-estate theme and I just need a couple of quick refinements before launch.
First, I’d like to extend one of the existing dropdown lists—think of the property search filter—by adding a few extra options that I will supply. The list must keep Houzez’s native styling and work seamlessly on both desktop and mobile.
Second, some default icons are cluttering the interface. I’ll point out exactly which ones to hide; a clean removal via child-theme edits or custom CSS is preferred so future theme updates don’t break the fix.
That’s it—no layout overhaul or heavy feature build, just these two precise tweaks. Please let me know your estimated turnaround time and the approach you’ll use (child theme, custom CSS, etc.). Access to the staging site and any assets you need will be provided as soon as we agree to start.
