24-Hour Auto Recovery Site & Ads WITHIN 24 HOURS

I need a clean, single-page website for Barry Auto Recovery Ireland built and launched within the next 24 hours. The page’s sole purpose is to showcase our vehicle-recovery services, so the hero section must immediately explain what we do, followed by a clear “Services Offered” block that lists jump starts, breakdown recovery, accident assistance and any other staple offerings you suggest. A sticky phone number button and contact banner should appear on both mobile and desktop so visitors can call us in one tap.
Alongside the site I also want a brand-new Google Ads account created, initial conversion and call-only campaigns drafted, and tracking set up (Google Tag Manager + GA4). I’ll supply the domain registrar login, logo PNG, and a handful of photos as soon as we start; you handle copywriting, layout, responsive tweaks and the ads configuration.
