Hiring Personal Assistant with Computer Skills

Hi there, I'm looking to hire someone that has basic knowledge and skills set in web design, photoshop, etc for a company we are just launching next month. Speaking English is a must. We can discuss salary upon interview. I'm looking for someone that can grow with our company and be willing to work 5 days a week and atleast 40 hours a week minimal.
