High-End Landing Page Finalization

I am looking for an experienced web designer/developer to finalize a high-end landing page by Saturday.

The page design, structure, and most visual assets already exist. What I need is someone who can implement the page cleanly and add subtle, high-quality micro-animations (scroll effects, transitions, element reveals, etc.) to make the experience feel polished and modern.

Scope
