HTML Site Content Transfer & Template Modification

I need content transferred from an existing HTML site to a new template, with some modifications required on the header and footer.

Requirements:
- Transfer content from ~8 pages of an old HTML site.
- Implement a purchased template: https://themeforest.net/item/sciento-html-personal-page-for-scientists/19501135
- Modify header and footer:
- Add or change logos and links
- Rearrange elements and structure
