HTML/CSS Template Overhaul

I have a static HTML/CSS template in place and need it polished so it truly reflects my brand. The core files stay, but three areas require attention:

• Layout adjustments – fine-tune grids, spacing and component alignment for both desktop and mobile breakpoints.
• Color-scheme revamp – apply my brand palette (I’ll share hex codes and mood-board screenshots).
• New sections – integrate fresh testimonial and FAQ blocks that blend seamlessly with the existing flow.

I already gathered clear design references—live links and annotated screenshots—so you’ll have visual guidance from the outset. Clean, semantic markup and well-commented CSS (SCSS is welcome) are important to me; any JavaScript enhancements should remain lightweight and dependency-free.
