HTML/CSS Property Service Website

I need a full set of responsive, hand-coded HTML5 and CSS3 pages for our property-portfolio consultation brand. The scope covers a modern, clean Home page, a combined login / sign-up screen, and 6–7 additional interior pages that follow the same visual language. I already own the domain and hosting, so the work can focus purely on design and front-end build.

A refreshed logo is also part of the brief. I’ll provide our current mark plus a reference sample; please adjust the symbol, typography, or colour balance and return 2-3 polished variations so we can lock in the final look before the site styling begins.

Key points to keep in mind
• Visual style: unmistakably modern and clean—ample white space, crisp typography, and a calm, trustworthy palette that pairs well with property imagery.
• UX: intuitive flows from landing page through account creation and any secondary pages; mobile-first responsiveness is essential.
• Code: vanilla HTML and CSS only (no frameworks), well-commented and organised for easy hand-off.

Deliverables
1. Eight to nine static pages in validated HTML/CSS, ready to upload.
2. Three logo options supplied as SVG / PNG plus editable source (AI or PSD).
3. All fonts, image assets, and a short read-me explaining folder structure.
4. Final cross-browser check (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and mobile breakpoints.
