HTML5 Banners for Backhouse Brand

I am looking to get a 3 x set of 4 x HTML5 banners created. I am looking for something really simple for the Backhouse Brand, maybe 3-5 slides within each.

All 3 will follow the same design, but the image, the text, and CTA will be different. The main purpose is to drive traffic back to the website for people who are interested in buying a new home.

These HTML5s will need to be created for our display ads on Stackapapt and must conform to these specs:
4MB max file size
30 seconds max

Sizes:
- 300x600
- 300x250
- 320x50
- 728x90

In terms of the 3 variations and the content:
The Backhouse logo and name of the development must feature at the start and/or the end of the ad. (Logo SVG attached) white and navy blue #343f47 are the main colours will a CTA button in gold #e9c77b (with the navy text font). The font to use is Monserrat.
