I’m ready to give my Gurbani–focused website a full refresh that prioritises real-world usability over mere cosmetics. The current layout feels dated and the back-end workflow is clunky, so the main objective is to improve functionality across the board while keeping the spiritual tone intact.
Here’s what I need done:
• A clean, modern redesign that loads fast, remains fully responsive, and respects the aesthetic of Gurbani content.
• A robust video-upload system where I can choose quality levels (e.g., 360p, 720p, 1080p), assign categories / tags for easy sorting, and enable a moderated commenting area below each clip. Chapters within long videos and seamless YouTube clipping or embedding must work flawlessly.
• A simple but secure document-upload section for PDFs and other study material, complete with pagination so users can browse older uploads without endless scrolling.
• A more inviting homepage that surfaces fresh kirtan, recent uploads, and highlighted shabads at a glance.
• SEO optimisation baked in from day one so new seekers can actually find the site when they search in Punjabi or English.
