Google Site Tenure Portfolio Build

I’m preparing for my NYC tenure review and want the traditional binder translated into a clean, well-structured Google Site. The site will serve as my complete portfolio, so it must be intuitive for administrators to navigate, visually consistent with my school’s branding, and fully aligned with our district guidelines.

What I will hand over: every document, image, assessment report, certificate, and rubric you’ll need. Your role is to curate, organize, and present that material so it tells a clear story of my growth and impact.

Key deliverables
• A Google Site is already created just to upload with logical menu sections for
 – Teaching philosophy & instructional approach
 – Student assessments, data visuals, and evaluation summaries
 – Professional development records and certifications
• Embedded or linked PDFs where required, using drive permissions that allow seamless access for reviewers
• Header, color palette, and typography that follow my school’s style guide (I’ll share the exact specs)
• Brief how-to notes so I can update or add artifacts later without breaking the layout
