Gmail-Ready HTML Signature Conversion

Job ID: 40445197

Budget: £20 – £250 GBP

I have eight finished signature strips—graphics, colours, layout, the lot. What I need now is each one rebuilt as clean, lightweight HTML that Gmail accepts without stripping styles or breaking the design.

All links and buttons must work exactly as they do in the artwork. In particular, the LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram icons need to be live hyperlinks, and the “Book Appointment” call-to-action should open the booking URL I’ll supply. Please keep file sizes lean, make the layout hold together on mobile, and, if you have best-practice tricks for dark-mode compatibility, let me know so we can decide whether to add them.

For images, host them on a reliable CDN or inlined base64 so recipients never see broken placeholders. Before handing anything over, paste each signature into a Gmail compose window, send test emails and confirm everything renders correctly in both web and mobile apps.

Deliverables:
• Eight individual Gmail-compatible HTML files mirroring my current branding
• Public image URLs or embedded assets (your recommendation)
• A concise, step-by-step guide showing how to install the signatures in Gmail settings
• Screenshot proof of successful Gmail tests

No single-image or flattened JPEG versions, please—HTML only. When the code, hosting links and instructions are ready, send the package my way and we’re done.
