Full-Width Website Banner Design

We need a banner design in SVG format for a website so that the sizes can be adjusted for smartphone/tablet/PC viewports.
The banner consists of a background graphic and 20 company logos for programming languages such as HTML, CSS, Java, etc. The languages are listed at the end.

The logos should be displayed on the right-hand side. We need one banner with colored logos and one banner with white/gray logos.

If the designer has their own ideas for the banner, please submit them separately. The banner should be suitable for a web developer and graphic design agency.

Important! We are not interested in offers that become more expensive during negotiations. We do not specify a budget. We want the designer to calculate their own work and not base their offer on the size of the budget.

We have regular design jobs. If we get along well, we would be happy to work together again.
