Full Website Design & Development from Scratch (UI/UX, Animation, Backend) -- 2

I am looking for a professional full-stack web designer & developer to build a website from scratch until final delivery. This includes everything from A to Z, with no pre-made templates or reused designs.

Scope of Work includes (but is not limited to):

Complete UI/UX design from scratch.

Creating the full visual identity of the website.

Full website development (Frontend & Backend).

Professional animations and smooth interactions (transitions, micro-interactions).

Database design, setup, and integration.

Admin panel development (if required).

Performance and speed optimization.

Basic SEO setup.

Fully responsive design (desktop, tablet, mobile).

Clean, well-structured, and scalable source code delivery.

Requirements:

Strong experience in designing and developing websites from scratch.

Proficiency in modern technologies such as (but not limited to):
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React / Vue / Webflow (if applicable), Backend (Node.js / PHP / Python), Databases.

Experience with animations (GSAP / CSS Animations / Framer Motion or equivalent).

Proven portfolio (mandatory).

Strong commitment to quality, timelines, and clear communication.

Important Note:
I am not looking for template-based websites or minor customizations.
This project requires a full custom build from start to finish.
