Fresh Graphics and redesigning for VC Website

I run a venture-capital firm and the site that represents us needs a visual lift. The structure, copy and flow all work, but the graphics feel dated. I’d like a designer to introduce new, high-quality visuals that match our brand and instantly communicate credibility.

Here’s what I need:
• A cohesive set of web-ready graphics for the key sections I’ll outline (approximately 8–10 assets, including a new hero image, section illustrations and a few subtle icons).
• Files delivered in optimised PNG/SVG plus editable source files—Figma, PSD or AI are all fine.
• Brief implementation notes or lightweight CSS so my developer can slot everything in without guesswork.

Acceptance criteria:
• Style aligns with the colour palette and logo in the brand guide I’ll share once we start.
• Retina-ready, compressed for speedy load times (under 200 KB for hero visuals, under 50 KB for icons).
• Scales cleanly across common breakpoints—desktop, tablet and mobile.
