Flooring Website with Cost Calculator
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I run a renovation service that specialises in flooring and I want a simple, modern website where visitors can work out an estimate on their own. The heart of the site is a small calculator: a customer keys in the total square footage of their home and the price appears instantly, using a rate I can update whenever I change my pricing.
At this stage I only need one page—Services—where I will outline the flooring options and place the calculator. Please build the site so I can easily add a Home or Contact page later. A clean, mobile-first layout, fast load times and basic on-page SEO will be enough; no heavy visual effects required.
Technical preferences are flexible: a lightweight HTML/CSS/JavaScript set-up or a WordPress install with a custom block/plugin is fine as long as the calculator sits smoothly on the page and I can change the rate without touching raw code.
Deliverables
• Fully functional, responsive website files ready to upload.
• Embedded calculator with a clear spot (or simple settings panel) for editing the price per square foot.
• A short hand-off guide or video that walks me through updating the rate and adding new pages later.
