Find Two WordPress Themes According to Requirements

We would like to source two Wordpress themes that are capable of matching the design, layout and functionality of two political / NGO reference sites extremely closely. Your task is simply to research and recommend one off-the-shelf WordPress theme for each site. The two reference sites can be shared via chat.

Required Theme Properties:
- Free or commercial is fine, but free is always welcome.
- Content editing must work smoothly in Gutenberg, Elementor or any comparable visual builder—I have no strict preference as long as non-technical staff can update pages.
- Colour palettes have to be easily switchable so we can apply brand colours fast.
- Support for custom post types, fields and taxonomies is expected, because the sites rely on structured content.

Deliverables
- A document should be provided with the name of your chosen theme and a link to purchase/download for each of the two reference sites
- Should be delivered in one document (not in message window) once completed
- Confirmation that the “Required Theme Properties” have been met
- For each of the two themes, if the match is not self-evident, a short explanation or annotated screenshot sequence showing how the chosen theme can replicate the key screens
- The critical success factor is matching the layout and structure of the reference sites; colours and minor styling tweaks are secondary. If a theme needs a child theme or bundled plugin to achieve a particular header, mega-menu or filter, include that note so everything is clear please
- Once the document is complete, upload it via the hand-in area rather than pasting into chat. I will review, verify the links, and sign off.
