Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I’m commissioning a new UK-style service-business site that looks polished and loads fast on mobile—no off-the-shelf themes, heavy page builders, or “optimise later” workflows. Design aesthetics and real-world performance matter to me in equal measure, so I need a designer-developer who can prove both.
Before we talk timelines, please share:
• 2–3 live sites you personally built, each scoring 85 + on Google’s mobile PageSpeed (include the score links).
• A line or two on how you hit those numbers—code structure, asset strategy, or other techniques beyond generic caching plugins.
