Expert Web Designer / WordPress Developer Needed - Huge plus (Graphic design skills)

We’re a small but growing digital marketing agency looking to hire a skilled Web Designer / WordPress Developer to help manage and build websites for our clients. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality, functional WordPress sites, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for our clients.

This role requires strong WordPress expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver projects on time.

Must be willing to start immediately!
I have a small test project (paid) to how well we work together.

Responsibilities:

Build and customize WordPress websites for clients using themes and page builders (mostly Elementor)

Implement plugins, optimize site performance, and ensure responsive design

Work closely with me and the team to deliver projects that meet client expectations

Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for client websites

Collaborate on design ideas and creative solutions when needed (optional)

Requirements:

Fluent, professional-level English (both written and spoken)

Proven experience with WordPress development (themes, page builders, plugins)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow client instructions

Hourly position — must use the time tracker (timer app)

Must share a portfolio or examples of previous WordPress websites you have built (your work only - do not lie!)

Design and graphic skills are a plus (Canva, Photoshop, AI tools, Figma, etc.) — not mandatory, but if you have them, mention your skill level on a 1–10 scale
