Existing Website Revamp Needed

I’m looking to give my current website a thorough refresh. The site is already live, but it feels dated in both design and performance. Your task will be to modernise the look, streamline navigation, and tighten up the underlying code so pages load quickly on every device and browser.
Once we start, I’ll provide the URL, hosting credentials, and a brief style guide that outlines brand colours and fonts. I’m open to improvements in layout, typography, imagery, and any UX tweaks you deem essential. Front-end work will be the priority (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, or a WordPress-friendly approach if that proves more efficient), but I’m also keen on basic SEO hygiene—clean markup, proper heading hierarchy, alt tags, and lightweight plugins only where needed.
Deliverables
• Fully updated website uploaded to the live server
• Mobile-responsive, cross-browser-tested pages
• Backup of the original site and a rollback plan
• Simple hand-off document summarising changes and how to maintain them
